How does a subscription work?

Our farm-fresh flowers are automatically delivered, in a custom bespoke box on your selected start date and preferred schedule.

How often are they delivered?

Every 14 days or 30 days direct to your doorstep or someone else.

Are they delivered on a specific day of the week?

At the moment we deliver your flowers mid-week for a weekend filled with Farmgate blooms and relaxation.

Where do you deliver?

Everywhere. We are trialing Australia-wide delivery!

Can I skip or pause my deliveries?

Absolutely! Take a break, travel the world, and come back to a gorgeous box filled with Farmgate Flowers!

Can change my flower selection for each delivery?

You sure can. If White Oriental Lilies take your fancy this week and then Pink  Orientals the next - you can easily swap in another flower variant by editing your upcoming order. On the third delivery, you may wish to try a mix of the two colours

How do I change, skip or edit future deliveries?

After you place your subscription order an email will be sent to you with a link to 'manage subscription'. This will give you access to your customer portal on our website. You can easily modify or change your subscription at any time
I can't seem to find the subscription confirmation email.
If you can't find the email that gives you a direct link to 'manage subscription' or access to your 'customer subscription portal' then follow the below instructions.
You need to ensure you have created an account on our website by going to 'LOG IN" on our menu. If you don't already have an account with us you will need to create one with the same email as your subscription.
 

Do I need to be home to accept my delivery?

We ensure that your lilies are cooled and have had a big drink before being delivered. We prefer you to be home, however, if you are not home at the time of delivery they will be left in a spot that will ensure they are ok until you get home.

I'm a cat owner! Do you have any flower options for me?

Lilies are poisonous to our feline friends so best not to choose lilies as an option. However, stay tuned as we bring on more options for you to choose from.

The fragranced lilies are too overpowering. Do you have any that don't have a fragrance

Yes, we do. Our range of Asiatic lilies is just as stunning with a wide array of colours to choose from - ranging from yellow, orange, pink, red, and white.

Can I change where each of my bi-weekly or monthly flower boxes are delivered?

Yes, you can. You can modify the delivery address for your subscription at any time. However, keep in mind if you change it for the upcoming delivery all future deliveries will also be changed to that address.

What is your main difference from other flower businesses?

Well, our flowers are 100% Australian-grown.

You are buying directly from the Australian flower farmers which are small family-run farms. All our flowers are currently grown, picked, and packed in the purest of places, Tasmania. However, we are slowly building relationships with flower farmers in various other regional areas throughout Australia so stay tuned
