Love having fresh flowers in your home, especially ours but can't make it to store or the farmers market often enough?

We now deliver our farm-fresh market bunches straight to your front door every two weeks — simply wrapped in kraft, just as you would find them at our Farmgate Flower Market.

No traditional bouquets. No unnecessary packaging. Just incredibly fresh, Australian-grown flowers for you to arrange and enjoy at home.

HOW IT WORKS

Getting started is simple.

1. PLACE YOUR FIRST ORDER ONLINE
Choose your Farmgate flower mix and place your first order online. Your initial order will also include the cost of your Farmgate flower bucket, which will arrive with your first delivery.

When ordering, please make sure you include your email address and best contact phone number so we can get in touch.

2. WE'LL GIVE YOU A CALL
Once we receive your order, we'll call you to set up your subscription account, organise your payment details and, most importantly, get a good understanding of the flowers and styles you love.

Do you love soft pastels? Lots of colour? Mostly whites? Tall statement flowers? Lilies? Or do you simply love being surprised by what's in season?

Over time, you'll experience a beautiful range of seasonal flowers, carefully selected by us from what's looking its best on the farms each week. We encourage you to trust our selection and enjoy the variety — you may discover flowers, colours and combinations you hadn't considered before. As you experience each delivery, you'll start to learn what you especially love, and you can then tailor your preferences along the way.

3. EVERY SECOND THURSDAY, WE'LL SEND YOU A TEXT
You'll receive a reminder from us letting you know that your subscription payment will be processed that day and a reminder to put your bucket of fresh water outside.

Simply leave it by your front door or in a safe, shady spot you've nominated with us.

4. WE DELIVER YOUR FLOWERS
We'll bring your freshly selected Farmgate market bundle and place it straight into your bucket of water.

When you get home, your flowers are fresh, hydrated and waiting for you.

That's it.

All you need to do is decide which Farmgate mix of flowers you'd love arriving at your door every two weeks.

WHICH FARMGATE MIX IS RIGHT FOR YOU?

Start by thinking about where you love having flowers in your home.

Do you love a tall statement bunch for an entrance, console, buffet or large vase?

Or perhaps something for a coffee table, side table, dining table or kitchen bench?

Remember, our taller-stemmed flowers don't have to stay tall. They can easily be cut down to suit your favourite vase or space — we supply the beautiful farm-fresh flowers and leave the fun part up to you.

Or choose both — something tall and striking for impact, paired with a smaller seasonal bunch to enjoy elsewhere in your home.

And then there's the important question...

Are you a lily lover?

You can include our beautiful farm-fresh lilies or leave your subscription entirely up to the seasons.

We have a few different options to make choosing easy, and we can customise your subscription to a degree to ensure it works for your home and preferences.

CAN I CHOOSE MY FLOWERS?

To a degree, absolutely. You can guide us with your preferred colour palette and, where available, your lily preferences — then leave the seasonal selection to us.

Our flowers naturally come in and out of season throughout the year, and we work directly with Australian flower farmers to select from what's being grown and looking its best each week.

To begin with, our home delivery service will include a select range of varieties that we know travel and flower beautifully. You may see other seasonal favourites in our flower market that aren't available for home delivery.

Some flowers, such as hydrangeas and peonies, require a little extra care and handling, so these special seasonal varieties will remain in-store pick-up only.

For our seasonal bunches, rather than choosing individual varieties or specific colours, you can select a broad colour palette of Pastels, Brights or Whites. We'll then choose from the best suitable flowers available from our growers that week.

THE LOVELY PART? WE GET TO KNOW YOU.

The longer you're with us, the better we get to know what you love.

We'll learn the flowers and style you naturally gravitate towards and keep those preferences in mind when we're choosing your bundles.

Every delivery will still be guided by the seasons and what our growers are producing, but over time we'll come to understand your preferences.

WHAT FLOWERS WILL I RECEIVE?

That's the exciting part — they'll change with the seasons.

Depending on the time of year, your bundle might include tulips, ranunculus, rosesm freesias, snapdragons, iris, alstroemeria, chrysanthemums, matricaria, delphinium, lilies and many other beautiful Australian-grown varieties.

DOUBLE LILIES — $45
2 bunches of our beautiful farm-fresh lilies.
Perfect for lily lovers or one generous statement vase.

DOUBLE SEASONAL — $60
2 bunches of seasonal farm-fresh flowers.
A changing selection that follows what's flowering beautifully throughout the year.

DOUBLE LILIES + SINGLE SEASONAL — $75
3 bunches in total.
Two bunches of lilies plus one seasonal bunch — perfect if you love the impact and longevity of lilies but still want to experience what's changing with the seasons.

JUST SEASONAL — $90
3 bunches of seasonal farm-fresh flowers.
The ultimate Farmgate experience — a generous mix that lets you enjoy more of what's looking its best on the farms each fortnight.

All options are delivered every two weeks, simply wrapped in kraft and ready for you to arrange at home.

Choose your preferred broad colour palette — Pastels, Brights or Whites — and we'll select the flowers. Lily colours are either pink or white. 

And remember, taller stems can always be cut down to suit your vase or space. We supply the beautiful flowers and leave the fun part up to you.

We choose based on freshness, quality, seasonality and what looks exceptional that week.

CAN I CUSTOMISE MY SUBSCRIPTION?

To a degree, absolutely.

Perhaps you always love something tall and dramatic, prefer flowers for smaller spaces, can't get enough of lilies or would rather stick entirely to seasonal bunches.

Let us know.

We'll work within your chosen Farmgate mix, colour palette and what's arriving from the farms to find the best fit for you.

The one thing we ask for in return is a little flexibility. Flowers are a seasonal product influenced by weather, growing conditions and availability — and that's exactly what makes each delivery unique.

CAN I SKIP OR PAUSE A DELIVERY?

Absolutely.

Going away? Don't need flowers that fortnight? Simply let us know before your next payment is processed and we can pause your delivery.

DO I NEED TO BE HOME FOR DELIVERY?

No — that's exactly what your Farmgate bucket is for.

Simply leave your bucket filled with fresh water in an easily accessible, safe and shady spot near your front door. Our driver needs to be able to access your bucket easily without needing to enter locked gates, buildings or secured areas.

We'll place your flowers directly into the water and take a photo to confirm they have been safely delivered. From this point, the flowers become your responsibility.

If your nominated delivery spot or bucket isn't easily accessible when we arrive, unfortunately we may not be able to complete your delivery.

I'M A CAT OWNER. WHICH OPTION SHOULD I CHOOSE?

Please let us know when setting up your subscription that you have a cat at home.

Lilies are toxic to cats and should always be avoided, so we'll ensure your subscription does not include them.

There are also other specific seasonal flowers that you may prefer to avoid in a home with cats. We'll talk you through these when setting up your subscription so you can decide what you're comfortable having included in your deliveries.

WHAT MAKES FARMGATE DIFFERENT?

We are a flower market, not a florist.

We don't turn your flowers into traditional arranged bouquets. Instead, we give you access to incredibly fresh, premium Australian-grown flowers and leave the arranging and styling to you.

We work directly with Australian flower farmers — from our Tasmanian family farm to the other wonderful growers we're proud to work with around Australia.

Our flowers follow the seasons. Colours and varieties change. Some favourites disappear for another year just as something new begins flowering.
